It starts with your Campaign Page
This is what your donors will see. Use this page to tell your story and ‘sell’ your cause. Think of it like an advertisement.
Your organization’s Campaign Page is like your billboard.
This is where you tell your story — and where you collect donations.
Our platform allows you to design your own campaign message and branding — in just a few minutes.

Next we’ll need a Member List
Upload a CSV file—basically a simple spreadsheet—with the name and email address of each member.
The FansRaise method is built on the networks and connections of each organization’s members.
To get started, each organization will need to provide a complete list of its performing members.
This list becomes the foundation of your campaign. We’ll use it to coach your members on how to maximize their fundraising efforts!

Members provide Donor Contacts
This step is crucial. The contacts uploaded by your members will become your donors. The more, the merrier.
Using our smartphone app or website, your organization members will provide a list of contacts.
To be sure we never spam anyone, we don’t allow members to sync their phone’s entire contact list.
Instead, we ask that members take a few minutes to think carefully about whom they want to contact.
Members can be add donor info straight from their phone, or via our website.

Automate the Authentic: Donor requests.
This is where the real magic happens. Your donor contacts will receive ‘direct-ask’ donation requests — automatically.
Our platform automates the tedious task of requesting donations—using authentic ‘direct-ask’ requests.
And, because these requests are processed by our system, they’re all recorded and organized in one place.
That means Org Admins don’t need to edit spreadsheets or chase members to ask about progress. It’s all tracked in the Dashboard.

Back to your Campaign Page, customized
When donors receive their requests, they’ll visit your Campaign Page, customized with the name and a photo of the member who sent it.
Each member will automatically receive their own customized version of your Campaign Page.
When a member’s contacts receive donation requests, they will click a link to that member’s page.
This way, every supporter—moms, dads, aunts, uncles, teachers, and friends—will recognize who they are donating too.
And donations received through these member-specific pages will automatically be recorded and credited to the correct member.
