Sunday Fund-Day: In Fundraising, Sundays are the Most Important Day

Our weeks tend to be hectic and over-scheduled.

Our kids need to be shuttled here/there/everywhere.

Sundays are an important day for a lot of us to collectively catch our breath, and prepare for the week ahead.

Sundays are also an important day for fundraising – specifically within the campaigns we manage at FansRaise.

Since our campaigns are “heavily-powered” by participant emails, and since a lot of email is read/composed while sitting in the workplace, Mondays-Fridays are key.

And since most of the United States’ workforce prefers to log-out on Friday and NOT THINK about work stuff until 7:01am on Monday, Sundays are the perfect time to consider adding new contacts (or SOME contacts) to the campaign.

Student participants curate their own individual Contacts lists within the platform, and then the platform sends contextualized email requests (called ‘Supporter Requests’) automatically every 3-5 days during the course of your campaign.

Overall, it takes 5-10 minutes to build these contact lists, and we recommend students maintenance them once a week (and Sundays are PERFECT for this 🙂

So rest up this Sunday, or better yet, download our $10K Blueprint and learn more about how performing ensembles around the United States are raising more money than ever before with FansRaise:
